What the course covers
Instruction is delivered by an FBI-certified Defensive Tactics Instructor and Wrestling for Police Instructor, drawing on multiple combatives systems including Gracie Survival Tactics principles.
Topics include control techniques, subject compliance, use-of-force considerations, and defensive responses to physical threats. All training is conducted within a use-of-force framework appropriate to the professional context.

Your instructor
Gregory Sampson retired as a 1st Sergeant with the Maryland Transportation Authority Police after twenty years of sworn service, including command of the agency's Training Unit and Crisis Negotiation Team.
